A customer is a customer everywhere. The same person you invoice is the same person you follow up with.
Most tools split this in two. You keep your books in one app and your customers in another. The two never quite match, and your time goes to checking instead of doing.
The work in the middle gets lost too. You quote in one app, track the job somewhere else, and retype it all into an invoice. In CloudOverture the quote becomes the work order, and the work order becomes the invoice. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is lost between "we agreed on a price" and "we got paid."
One customer record holds the emails, the quotes, the work, the invoices, and the payments. So the numbers are always right, and the next action is always clear.

We keep CloudOverture simple on purpose. Here is what we do not build.
Not an ERP.
We're built for small businesses, not large companies with many departments.
Not a project management tool.
No task boards or Gantt charts. We track the work that leads to a bill, not every subtask.
Not full inventory.
We handle light stock counts, not warehouses or thousands of products.
Not payroll.
We do not run your payroll. You can keep using your payroll tool.
Not a Salesforce-class CRM.
No custom objects or complex sales workflows. We keep the customer side simple.
Our story
Since 1991
We started in 1991. In 35 years we have never taken outside investment, and the company is still owned by the people who run it.
For most of those years we built software for larger companies. We made a CRM (customer relationship management) used by businesses running IBM systems, joined up with the accounting systems they already ran. That work taught us how business systems fit together, and where they break.
Today we are putting that experience into CloudOverture, together with what AI can now do for a business that has no IT department.

Good software, at a price that stays fair
Small businesses deserve good software at a price that stays fair. We run a small business ourselves. CloudOverture is that experience, put to work for businesses like ours.
CloudOverture is built by Touchtone Corporation, and owned by the people who run it. No investors. We plan to run it for the long term.
We've paid for tools that raise prices every year and lock the useful parts behind higher tiers. So we built the other thing: one plan with every feature, and a price cap in writing. The price changes at most once a year, capped at inflation, or 3% when inflation is lower.
