Features

One system,
built for the way you work

This is what we're building: the things that make CloudOverture different, then the full list of what's included.

An AI coworker, not another inbox

Some tools only sort transactions or answer questions when asked. CloudOverture goes further.

It looks at your invoices, quotes, jobs, and your connected email, the mail you get and the mail you send, then ranks what needs you today. A customer writes "how much for a full clean?" CloudOverture offers the next step: a quote, ready to send.

You stay in control. CloudOverture suggests, and you approve before anything is sent or saved.

Your customers and your books, together

Most tools do one job. You end up paying for a books app and a separate customer app.

CloudOverture does both. One customer record holds their emails, quotes, invoices, payments, and notes. The whole story is in one place.

Change a customer once, and it's right everywhere.

Plain words, not accounting terms

We write for business owners, not accountants. We say "money customers owe you," not "accounts receivable."

You do not need to learn bookkeeping words to run your business.

Want the formal terms? Turn on accountant mode. It's off by default and you can flip it any time.

This year so far Accountant mode
Money customers owe you Accounts receivable (A/R) $21,540
Money you owe Accounts payable (A/P) $6,200
What you keep after costs Net income $36,700

Plain words are the default. The formal terms, if you want them.

Flip the switch to see the formal terms.

Close each month yourself, in one short review

In most tools, closing the books is an accountant's job. CloudOverture makes it something you can do yourself.

Once a month, a task opens a pass across every account. Most lines already match something in your books, like an invoice payment or a recorded expense. So each one is a quick look and a confirm.

When your books match the bank, you close the month with one click. A locked month cannot change by accident, so reports give the same answer every time.

A clean switch from your old tool

Leaving another tool is usually painful. CloudOverture makes it a clean cut.

Upload any file your old system gave you. Our AI reads it into a starting setup, with your open invoices carried over.

You check every line before it's saved. Then you start fresh.

Your day, in order

Each person sees their day in time order. Scheduled jobs and timed activities line up from morning to night.

A map shows the day's stops, so you can see where the work is.

Map pins are numbered in the order of the day's visits.

See the whole week on a calendar

Want the bigger picture? A calendar shows the work by day, week, or month.

Jobs, tasks, calls, and meetings sit on one grid, colored by person.

The first version is a view: you check the schedule here and change it on the job. This is what we're building.

Get paid inside the app

Send a quote, and your customer accepts it online. Send an invoice, and they pay it online, by card or bank transfer. Stripe handles the payment processing.

The payment lands on the invoice and on the customer record, and your books update themselves. There is no separate invoicing tool to connect.

Card payments carry Stripe's standard fee, and we add no markup. See how we make money.

Get paid without card fees

Card processing takes about 3% of every payment. On a $4,800 invoice, that is about $140. There is another way to get paid.

Customers can pay in USDC, a US-dollar stablecoin. There is no card fee, so the whole invoice reaches you. The customer pays a network fee of less than one cent, and the money arrives in seconds instead of days.

The money goes straight to your own wallet. CloudOverture never holds it. You can pay vendor bills the same way.

Invoice #321 · $4,800.00 Choose how to pay

Goes straight to your own wallet. We never hold it.

You receive $4,800.00. The full amount, no card fees.

The customer pays a network fee of less than one cent.

Cards work too. This is the usual way to pay.

You receive $4,800.00 minus card processing fees.

On a big invoice, those fees add up. USDC skips them.

Pick a way to pay to compare them.
