What does CloudOverture cost?
The launch price is not set yet. The waitlist hears it first. There is one plan with every feature on it, priced per seat, with a 30-day free trial. Once you're a customer, price increases are capped in your contract. See how we make money.
Does anything cost extra?
Two things, and both are published. Every account includes a large monthly amount of AI email reading, and you can add more for a small fee if you go past it. Live bank feeds will be a paid add-on, because the bank-data provider charges us for each connected account. Importing bank statements is in the base plan and stays there. See how we make money.
When can I use it?

Who is behind CloudOverture?

Do I need to know accounting?
No. We say "money customers owe you," not "accounts receivable." If you want the formal view, turn on accountant mode any time. See the features.
Can I bring my data from my old tool?
Yes. Upload what your old system gave you: a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a screenshot. Our AI reads it into a setup you check before anything is saved. See how the switch works.
What if my business is brand new?
Then setup is short. Answer a few questions about your business and the app is ready. Your books start clean at zero. See the start-clean path.
What does CloudOverture not do?
No payroll, no warehouses or thousands of products, no task boards or Gantt charts, and no enterprise features. We keep it simple on purpose. See the full list.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. You'll be able to export it at any time, in a standard format. We will never sell your data. Not yours, not your customers'. Read the promises.
Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, soon after launch. Your assistant reads and drafts freely, sending anything to a customer needs your approval, and it can never move money out of your business. See how the connection works.
How do your customers pay you?
Right inside the app. Your customers pay invoices online. Stripe handles the payment at Stripe's standard rate, and we add no markup. They can also pay in USDC, a US-dollar stablecoin, with no card fees. See how payments work.
